Hey! I am Freddy,

My name is Freddy Velazquez, I have been airbrushing for over 20 years. My first airbrush was given to me more than 2 decades ago by my sister. From that time till now I do a assortment of things from helmets and die cast cars, to motor cycles and cars. It’s always something different but that’s what keeps it interesting. I use just about every paint on the market as well from golden for illustration work, to HOK for on the road work. I try to practice as much as possible  but if I’m not painting, I’m drawing something to be painted. I use a lot of reference material as it gives me ideas, but never do a exact copy of anything out there, you want to be original cause that’s what makes your art stand out. Most of my airbrushes are Iwata, they provide top notch quality and last for a very long time.   
    

Personally I like to see what’s out there and do something completely different, even if you are required to do something that’s already in existence, try to do it in a way that will still look original, people will love you for it and its something that they will never forget. I try to make my art not just look good, but pull the audience in buy making it look like its telling a story. The more original you are, the more your art will be spread all over the world, I have been featured in national and international magazines as a result of this.
